At Olleve, every item is made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict but fair policy.

No Returns on Personalized Items

All of our products are made to order and customized.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    Incorrect names, dates, or details entered by the customer
    Change of mind after ordering
    Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include:
    Your order number
    Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund if the issue is confirmed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

However, we’ll do our best to assist you where possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

Processing & Refund Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
